I have been writing about body image and eating disorders since 2012. I began freelance writing and guest posting after getting certified as a Holistic Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013.

Theatre Criticism

I studied theatre criticism while at Columbia University’s School of the Arts. I reviewed local theatre in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2016 to 2019.

Lifestyle Writing

In 2016, I became the Content Manager at bayarea.com, an online publication from the Bay Area News Group, which was written “by Millennials for Millennials.” I was responsible for writing three articles per week, while managing and editing a team of freelance writers in the South Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area.
